2-3 lbs. lobster
3 mushrooms
1/4 onion
1/2 tomato
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup curry powsder

Take
the lobster meat out of the shell and cut it into medallions.
Saute in butter and garlic. Add diced mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
Add the cream of coconut, the curry powder and then the heavy
cream. Let reduce until it turns a nice (creamy) consistency.
Heat the lobster shell and serve the lobster back into the shell.
